Product Overview

Motor housing heatsink is an extruded aluminum cylinder with axial cooling fins on the outside and a precision bore inside — the stator presses in, fins throw the heat out.

Used on BLDC motors, hub motors and servo drives, the one-piece housing replaces fabricated steel covers with a lighter, cooler and better-looking shell. Anodized red, black or natural.

Key Features

  • Housing + heatsink in one — press-in stator, fins do the cooling
  • Precision bore — honed inner diameter for stator fit
  • Lighter than steel — about 60% weight saving
  • Color anodizing — red / black / natural for product branding
  • Custom dies — bore, fin shape and mounts from your drawing

Application Scenarios

Finned motor housings serve electric drive products:

  • BLDC & servo motors — passive cooling for drives
  • E-bike & scooter hub motors — finned rim-side heat rejection
  • Power tools — durable finned gear housings
  • Pumps & compressors — cooled motor shells
