Product Overview
Motor housing heatsink is an extruded aluminum cylinder with axial cooling fins on the outside and a precision bore inside — the stator presses in, fins throw the heat out.

Used on BLDC motors, hub motors and servo drives, the one-piece housing replaces fabricated steel covers with a lighter, cooler and better-looking shell. Anodized red, black or natural.
Key Features
- Housing + heatsink in one — press-in stator, fins do the cooling
- Precision bore — honed inner diameter for stator fit
- Lighter than steel — about 60% weight saving
- Color anodizing — red / black / natural for product branding
- Custom dies — bore, fin shape and mounts from your drawing
Application Scenarios
Finned motor housings serve electric drive products:
- BLDC & servo motors — passive cooling for drives
- E-bike & scooter hub motors — finned rim-side heat rejection
- Power tools — durable finned gear housings
- Pumps & compressors — cooled motor shells

Configuration Options
- Alloy — 6063-T5
- Inner bore — 25-200 mm by die
- Fin height — 5-30 mm

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 200 kg per profile; housing projects usually start at 500-1000 pcs.
Can you match my stator size?
Yes, send the stator drawing; we quote a custom die with matching bore and mounting features.
What is the lead time?
15-25 days for new die projects; 7-15 days for repeat orders.
Do you machine bearing seats?
Yes, CNC bearing seats and threads to your print.
Which alloy is best for motors?
6063-T5 for conductivity and extrudability; 6061-T6 where strength dominates.
