What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category. Typically: Cement (100 tons), Steel (20-50 tons), Chemicals (5-20 tons), Metals (3-10 tons). We can discuss flexible MOQ for trial orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), PayPal, and Western Union. For bulk orders, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment is standard. L/C at sight for orders over $50,000.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on destination and method: Sea freight 15-35 days, Air freight 5-10 days, Express 3-7 days. Production time is typically 7-15 days depending on order volume.
Do you provide quality certifications?
Yes, all our products come with relevant certifications including ISO 9001, CE, ASTM, and material test reports (MTR). Custom certification and third-party inspection can be arranged upon request.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available for most products. Small samples are free (buyer pays shipping). For larger sample quantities, a sample fee may apply which is deductible from your bulk order.
